A mobile worker or field technician uses an Android-class endpoint away from the workstation network. The device moves between connection states or temporarily loses the remote path. When connectivity returns, the user needs the ARKTOR endpoint to reconnect and continue with a fresh working session instead of being manually rebuilt from scratch.

Reconnect is only one layer. The endpoint identity must return correctly, the application session must still work, the selected intelligence route must answer and any device tool should stay inside its permission boundary. A green network indicator alone is not enough.
