ARKTOR · CONTROLLED EVALUATIONPILOT CONVERSATIONS OPEN

Start with one real workflow.

An ARKTOR pilot is a scoped evaluation around a real task or operating problem. We define the environment, permissions, success criteria and evidence first, then judge the result against that agreed scope instead of promising generic automation.

GOOD PILOT SHAPE

A defined problem beats a vague “AI transformation” brief.

The strongest starting point is one workflow where the current process is slow, repetitive, fragmented or difficult to verify. That can involve a Windows computer, recovery environment, Android endpoint, files, applications, browser work or durable local context — provided the required capabilities match a currently supported ARKTOR path.

WHAT TO SEND

Four things are enough to start.

  • The real problem or workflow
  • The environment: Windows, Android, recovery or mixed
  • The outcome you would consider useful
  • Any sensitive boundaries, access limits or systems that must remain untouched
WHAT WE DEFINE FIRST

Scope before execution.

  • What ARKTOR may access
  • Which actions require explicit approval
  • What evidence is needed to call the task complete
  • Which failure or uncertainty states must remain visible
PILOT FLOW

One controlled path from problem to evidence.

  1. Clarify the use case and choose the relevant ARKTOR product path
  2. Agree the allowed scope, environment and success criteria
  3. Run the defined workflow under explicit human control
  4. Verify important outcomes independently where the task allows it
  5. Review what worked, what did not and whether a broader deployment is justified
A PILOT IS

A bounded evaluation.

  • Focused on a real task
  • Evidence-led rather than demo-led
  • Permission-scoped
  • Allowed to end with a clear “not ready” result
A PILOT IS NOT

Not a blanket production claim.

  • Not a promise that every ARKTOR path is publicly released
  • Not unrestricted autonomous access to your systems
  • Not hidden background control
  • Not proof of universal compatibility from one successful test

NEXT STEP

Pilot conversations are open. Scope depends on the use case and on the current evidence and release state of the ARKTOR path involved.
